Easy Greek Salad

This salad is really good AND really easy. I usually serve this with a pizza or lasagna. It is a good subsitute for a regular green salad.

1/2 bag baby spinach
1 c. grape tomatoes (cut in half)
1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
2 Tbsp. salted sun flour seeds
Newmans Own Balsamic vinagrette salad dressing

1-Place spinach, halved tomatoes, Feta cheese and sun flour seeds in a medium bowl
2- Toss lightly with forks
3-Drizzle dressing over the the top
4-Serve chilled

Hi, I'm a friend of Bonnie's and came across your amazing blog! I love it. I would just like to know if you've ever tried freezing any of these recipes, namely the spaghetti pie and the taco bake. I belong to a freezer meals group and we're always looking for new recipes. I can't wait to try all of these and if you ever decide to share the chicken curry recipe...:)

Hi Jaune!! YES I do freeze A LOT of my meals!! I have never tried freezing the spaghetti pie or the taco bake, but I don't see why you couldn't!!

The only recommendation I have for freezing meals, is once you cook them and they are in their "final state" (The pan/dish/freezer bag) you plan on freezing them in, is to let the COOL COMPLETELY. It is never a good idea to freeze meat while it is still warm. It also lets all the juices, spices and flavors blend well before going directly in the freezer.

Good luck and let me know how they work out for you! Glad you enjoyed the blog. Stay tuned.. I have some MAJOR up dating to do!!
